He established the Kaye innovation Awards in 1993 to encourage and recognise the achievements of Israeli scientists.

Mr. Steven Kaye: Mr. Kaye is a founding partner of Stockton Partners Inc. (New York) and a strategic advisor and member of the general partner of Trevi Health Ventures (new York), two venture capital firms that focus on medical technologies, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. He was actively involved in many of the leading patent and IP cases in the UK and Europe. Mr. Roiter has had a vast experience of a wide range of commercial matters and transactions involving the industry over a great many years.  He was highly acclaimed in his field and was regarded as "the experts expert". He is a strategic adviser and member of the general partner of Trevi Health Ventures based in New York.  Mr. Roiter retired from legal practice to concentrate on his business activities which includes his interests and involvement in IHCV and its investments.

Mr. Carlo Salvi (1936-2010): Mr. Salvi was a member of IHCV investment committee (2004-2010). Mr. Salvi was involved in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. Mr. Salvi founded Sicor and was its controlling shareholder prior to its acquisition by Teva in 2004. Following the acquisition, Mr. Salvi served on the Board of Directors of Teva and was one of its largest individual stockholders. Mr. Salvi was deeply involved in European and Israeli-based firms and had numerous CEO and board-level long-term relationships in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields.
IHCV benefited from his vast knowledge of the healthcare industry and significant venture capital investing experience and charming personality. We mourn his loss and cherish his memory.
